Two Friends

We began as friends —
young, curious, full of energy.
Late-night chats after rounds,
tea breaks turned into therapy,
dreams shared without filters.

Then life happened.
Work grew heavier,
titles came,
and time slipped through quiet cracks.

Now, we don't talk like we used to.
Not because something went wrong —
just… different seasons, different rhythms.

But sometimes,
in still moments,
those memories visit like old songs.

And I smile —
grateful for what we had,
hoping you do too.
